This Craft Fair is open to those who are selling their own handmade crafts. We reserve the right to reject your application. These are non-electric sites, and you will be required to bring your own table, chairs, and coverings. You will also be asked to clean up your area after the event is over. We ask that you keep in mind that this is a family-friendly event, so we request that you ensure your items are appropriate for kids (i.e. nothing that a four-year-old or a local pastor shouldn't see); anything unsuitable for this audience will not be allowed at the Festival. Craft vendors may not sell food or beverages.
Non-Electric 10x10 Spaces - 200 Available: $250 ($50 late registration fee applies after May 1, 2024)
NEW: 9/1/2023 Returning Vendors will receive a $100 discount for registration! ($150 before May 1, 2024 after May 1 there is a $50 late registration fee)
Electric 10x10 Spaces -10 Available: $300 ($50 late registration fee applies after May 1, 2024)
Electric spaces include access to standard 15/20 amp outlets (Extension cords up to fifty feet may be required).
Vendors requiring a larger spot MUST list in the comments below and an additional fee will be assessed.
Spaces may be in gravel or grassy areas and are assigned without request. These are non-negotiable assignments. Spot assignments will NOT be changed the day of the event.
Upon Form Submission, your application will be reviewed by the Festival Committee.
Upon approval, you will be sent a vendor contract and invoice for payment.
Payments may be remitted online via PayPal or via check to the address on the invoice.
We reserve the right to reject applications. As a vendor, you are responsible for meeting Health Department requirements and obtaining the necessary licenses and certifications. Water and electricity are available at this festival. Vendors are responsible for cleaning up trash during and after the event. This event is catered to families, so all offerings should be family-friendly.
Outdoor space $500 each (Early Registration $400 - Before May 1, 2024). Each space includes electric and water connections.
Food Vendor Space is currently limited to 10 Spaces.
